4. The old garbage dump located southwest of the main entrance to the Air Base is no longer utilized as a dump, however, no action was ever taken to turn the area under and level it off. The area is rat infested, had a vile oder, is a health hazard to security police posted in the area and provides excellent cover and concealment for a hostile force.

ACTION:  The BSP should take immediate action to correct the cited discrepancies.
