1. On 3 and 4 April 1967 a Security Staff Visit was made to the 377CSGp, Tan Son Nhut Air Base, RVN. Personnel conducting the visit were:

3. Many of the Security Police functions were not being performed satisfactorily. Primary contributing factors were non-compliance with established directives and inadequate supervision. Although current directives were available to the Commander and the Operations Officer of the 377th APSq and they acknowledge their awarness ??? instancies such directives were disregarded. The following ??? or activities were substandard, protection of ??? ??? ??? control of wheeled vehicles, control of privately owned weapons ??? and security police training. Repeat discrepancies ????? ????? ????? of the substandard areas.
