g. There were many minor discrepencies as noted within the units or staff agencies in the maintenance of AF Form 310. File designations were not indicated in all cases; inactive 310s were being maintained on file for an excessive time period; inactive AF Form 310 did not contain the typed or printed names of the witnessing or destruction official; 310 files were not properly arranged. (Paragraph 7-6 an Figure 7-1, AFM 10-1) h. Personnel within the 377th USAF Dispensary were being given access to classified information, prior to completion of AF Form 47a. (Paragraph 34, AFR 205-6) i. Classified documents were filed with AF Form 144b attached; folders were not marked with the highest classification of the document contained therein. Most discrepancies were corrected during the visit. (Paragraph 13d, AFM 10-1 and Paragraph 3-10, AFM 205-1) ACTION: BSP provides guidance as necessary to correct deficiencies noted.
