Lt. Gen. Momyer shakes hands with Lt Col Luu Kim Cuong, Commander, 33rd Vietnamese Air Force Wing (Commander, TSN Sensitive Area), Tan Son Nhut Air Base, Saigon, Vietnam. Lt Col Cuong was killed during the Attack On Tan Son Nhut Air Base, during the "TET Offensive, Jan 31, 1968."
