Art and Jane Garcia 377th Security Police Squadron November 1967 - November 1968. (From the TSNA web master, Charles Penley:) TSgt Art Garcia was my first boss in Vietnam.  Art was the NCOIC for Charlie Sector, Charlie Flight.  Charlie Sector included the air terminal and the C-130 parking ramp.  Charlie Flight was the midnight shift. You could not have had a more professional NCO, that took care of all his men.  There were approximately fourty (40) Security Policemen under his guidance. "Art Welcome Home!!!
