Johns I thought you may be interested in this picture.  It was taken by a RF-101 doing about 400mph and altitude of around 500 ft.  I am one of the airmen forming the # 15.  You may use it on your site if you care to. You may notice that the sandbagging is a work in progress on the right when the picture was taken. There was a full bird colonel in charge of the detail and he worked just as hard as the troops.  I always wondered what the hell he did to deserve that duty but never got the nerve to ask him.  (Circa 1964)
