Robert M. Furnish, 67, died January 18, 2015. He is survived by his wife Anna (Nguyen) Furnish; daughters Lana (Tony) Gonzales, Renee (Fiance Randall Hager) Furnish and Allison (Fiance Seth Davidson) Furnish; son Robert Furnish; brother Jim Furnish and grandchildren Anthony Gonzales, Matthew Furnish, Elizabeth Gonzales, Sophia Gonzales and Reanna Hager; nieces, Cathy, Carol and Cecelia; and nephews Jim and Mark.
He is preceded in death by his parents Kenneth W. and Carolyn (Daugherty) Furnish.
Bob was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served in the Viet Nam War. He loved studying American history, especially WWII. Anytime the grandkids needed help with their history homework, "Hampa" always had the right answer. He loved spending his leisure time watching any Military movies or UK basketball or football.
Bob was a good husband and father, and will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral Information
Bob's funeral service will be at Clark Legacy Center in Brannon Crossing, January 23, 2015 at 9:30 am.
Burial will follow at 11:00 am, Friday, January 23, 2015 at Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
