(4) A specific training program to insure proficiency is coordinated with VTS 40-2 had not been established. Training was being conducted on a hit-and-miss basis. (5) Established lesson plans did not adequately cover all Law Enforcement functions. Only one additional Law Enforcement lesson plan had been developen since the 7AF annual general IG inspection in December 1966. (6) Lessons plans had not been established for training on the M-60 and SAT tactics. This is a repeat deficiency. (7) The office for OJT upgrade training was unsatisfactory. Approximately 189 airmen were on upgrage OJT. The only provisions for testing was at one of two small field tables located in a 10' X 20' office with two desks, file cabinets and other associated training aids and equipment. Adequate testing could not be accomplished under those conditions. ACTION: The BSP should initiate immediate and positive action to insure all discrepencies noted above ore corrected.
